Markzware Q2ID is ready with 5.5. Q2ID from Markzware makes it possible to convert Quark Xpress documents to InDesign.
The new version 5.5 supports document conversion of Quark Xpress documents up to version 9.0, while that may be converted to Adobe InDesign versions of CS4, CS5 and CS5.5.
Q2ID 5.5 is also optimized for Mac OS X Lion.
